Life happens. Please try and be courteous and give as much notice as possible if you can't keep your appointment.
Cancellations over 24hrs from booked appointment will not incur a charge.
Cancellations under 24 hours & No-Shows will incur a 45% charge.
No-shows will be charged deposit rate listed for service booked.
